Hampshire Residences
The Group has carved up a niche market and lifestyle projects such as 2 blocks, 388 units luxurious, up market condominium Hampshire Residences in a prime wooded enclave within Kuala Lumpur City Centre overlooking KLCC Park and close proximity to the KLCC Twin Towers. ZAMS also takes care of maintenance in Hampshire for 2 years before being taken over by the Joint Management Body.
Riviera Courtyard Homes
Apart from that, The Group also manages the facility at small town garden house at Johor Bahru, namely Riviera Courtyard Homes from 2006 until 2008.
Parking Management
Wisma Zelan
The Group is currently managing around 600 park bays at Wisma Zelan, Hampshire Residences and various locations in Klang Valley. The Group contributes more benefits to the public as well as car park owners by maximizing car park solutions with a range of profit sharing, rental and joint venture schemes to suit every car park owner’s needs.
The Group Parking Management team builds consultative relationship with car park owners who entrust the team with their car parks and foster long-term relationships with equipment suppliers to ensure that costs are kept under control without compromising on quality and services. In short, ZAMS focuses on providing value added service that exceeds customer’s expectations.
